Aún me cuesta creer que sea gratuita. Si quieres empezar a hacer ejercicio pero no te animas a ir al gimnasio esta es tu app. Tiene varios niveles de dificultad y puedes escoger los objetivos que te marcas (adelgazar, tonificar, fortalecer…). Empiezas suave y va subiendo. Me encanta. Al principio mosquea un poco lo de "Smile, workout is always fun!" pero luego te descubres sonriendo a las órdenes de Claudia...
