Útil y fácil!
La app es muy sencilla, y es de gran ayuda cuando se quieren establecer hábitos pero se carece de perspectiva general para valorar si se está haciendo bien o mal. Me ayuda a recordar los hábitos y a evaluarlos diariamente, lo que hace que al revisarlos todo sea más realista y esté más fresco. Muy útil!
Calendario
Muy buena aplicación. Lo único que me falta es una vista de calendario para que no tenga que deslizar hasta x fecha.
