What is Playground Wars? Playground Wars is a defense game that requires the player to defend their treehouse against enemy units, including bosses, using a variety of units and unique perks. The game features 112 hand-crafted levels spread out over 4 unique seasonal campaigns, 5 different weather conditions, 4 locations, and night and day scenarios. The player takes command of their hero, Alex, and recruits 9 additional friends to take on the bully menace. The game also includes an advantage system that balances the units against each other, a weather and time of day system that gives strengths and weaknesses to the player's friends, and an original soundtrack comprising 5 epic songs accompanying detailed and thrilling sound effects. The game is highly accessible and has an underlying layer of depth that takes the genre to an unprecedented level. The game is iCloud enabled, allowing the player to play on iPhone or iPad and pick up where they left off on their Mac.
