  problems- useless program

  I loved it at first, but when i added music it- the song started skipping. I contacted customer service they didn’t anwer. I had to contact them again, they said I would have to format my music. Soo, i had to downloand another program to try to fix my music to insert into their program which didn’t work. i used different songs to see if it was the just that song… it was every song I used. Ethnic sayed my music must be “strange”. what a answer to give me!!!!!!!?????? So, i downloaded a new program which is working wonderfully with the same songs I tried to put in the MOVIE MAKER program… Ive contatcted itunes for a refund, what else can i do, the program is useless to me.

  its a good app but could be better

  I’m currently using this app to create a slide show video of my sister’s wedding from city hall from all the pictures and videos I took of that day so she can share, cry and laugh about that day. So far it’s letting me put together the pics I have and use some effects to write a note or two as well as have their song play in the background. However, I come to a problem where I cant lower the volume of the music so you can clearly hear them recite their nuptials so I have to cut the song to a certain point, then add the song and cut it again so it can start at the place where I left off ( where the video begins). It works great besides that. If you overlap songs it will force close and prompt an error message saying it is corrupt; its not corrupt- just move the song to prevent it from overlayying and it will work perfectly. I’ve tried other apps that won’t even open. This does eaxctly what I need.

  Colud be the greatest… could be if they fix it...

  Great program with great options never seen on a video maker like thesse before. Very cool effects for presenting photos, I eman, the best of the best when your trying to make a video with photographs and music, really impressed when this works.. but thats the problem, NOT ALWAYS WORKS. It crashes on and on since last update…(Windows SIERRA) add 3 pictures or a new transition and Boom! Beach ball of death comes up! Yo will loose your progress and everything… Why should I pay if Im not even able to finish the video?! Just fix it please… Ephnic people, come on, fix it, don’t loose this great program….! Potential clients, don’t buy it till they fix it! Its frustraiting to work several hours on a projetc that you just won’t be able to finish... The recent update, dont solve the problem...

  Does not work as promised

  I wanted to produce a slideshow with video segments and accompanying music. I can not download my iPhoto library, can not upload videos and can not add music. I can not manage the randomly selected slide transitions and some of them are terrrible and distracting. Wasted four hours trying to create a usable presentation and it does not work.   Garbage

  Constantly crashes and I'm using a brand new PC with i7 and 16 gb memory. I have purchased the app for 3 shows at a time, but it keeps asking me to purchase more. Now that I am ready to build my video, it's asking me to purchase again. Don't even waste your time. This app is absolute garbage.
