    Troubled child on a Windows but fine on iOS

    Printer has never been consistent using the USB cable to a Windows - desktop or laptop - but it seems to be fine with a tablet or phone - Latest update won’t work for me at all on the Windows - disappointing but IOS connections seem to still work - The desktop software is also really thin on features and the printer is a bit thin on features in general but it seems to work for simple labels I wish somone (Epson please step up?) would build a printer like the old P-Touch PC that could handle graphics, bitmaps, all fonts etc - a higher resolution tool for labels would be a really welcome addition to the desktop.

    Keep getting errort

    I actually downloaded a later version (1.3.9) from the Epson site and it's still not working with PC Monterey. Works fine with iOS. Contacted Epson support and they told me it was my computer not their driver. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, run the app from a different login and still getting the error that says "Filter" failed.

    It used to work before THE LAST UPDATE.

    I need this to work and was using regularly. Since the latest update (REGRET) I just get a “The printer is turned off or not connected. Printing is canceled.” All my connections are checked. I feel this printer went to the trash since it’s no longer functional.

    Epson is a disapointment

    Up[date made this stop working, unfortunatly I needed a new computer so I had to update. This is the third Epson device I have had that just failed due to them disconinuting support. Guess this is also my last Epson device.

    Not working on my Windows

    Encounter the same problem described in the previous review: “The printer is turned off or not connected. Priniting canceled.” Contact their customer service but only got some copy-and-paste answers (reboot this, reboot that) that do not help at all.
