Fixed Serious Bug

I originally gave this app ⭐️ because the search functionality returned unusable results (e.g., "%%LocalItemTitle%%"). I've now changed the review to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because they reached out to me about the issue and they fixed it. No one likes to deal with bugs that prevent you from using an app, but this developer acted quickly and responsibly. 👍

Certain files coded with mht could not be opened.

one of the better CHM for Windows apps out there. I would love to see highlight and annotate options. I've had issues before, Very responsive developer, issues resolved.
