What is VpnOneClick Pro? Vpn One Click is a virtual private network app that protects users' privacy online by connecting them to a VPN server. VpnOneClick Pro is available in two subscription options, monthly and yearly, with unlimited bandwidth. The app automatically renews subscriptions unless auto-renew is turned off.     This app works great…. when it is working. But when it does not, be prepared to experience the greatest frustration of your life. VPN now has an automated troubleshooting program. It is rediculous. Leads you no where. the company boasts 24 hr service, but you will not get an immediate response. When it goes wrong it is really wrong. I can’t reinstall, I can’t do anything to help my situation. I am helpless and rely completely on an automated service platform that is laughable. Surely, VPN, you can do better than this… Do the actual leaders of this company realize what their customers experience? I think not. If you do… then you do not understand customer service. And you are simply taking as much money as you can from those of us who need this type of product. Service is an after thought. Otherwise, why would you go from a live chat solution to an automated solution. The automation is not sophisticated enough to help. Now..I’m trying to submit this review and I need to enter a nickname. Any nickname I enter is “already taken” - again, laughable….

    Don"t do it.

    This does not work. I had a similar program in the past and it worked fine. This one makes you subscribe to get the “free” trial. I canot find a way to unsubscribe even though it says you can through settings. This does not work.

    I Cannot Access my account that is pd for 1 year!!!

    My account subscription was just paid in full for 1 year. Now I am unable to log into my account. The support for this app is horrendous. I am very disappointed!!!! I would like a refund!
