It needs lion full screen support.
honestly, the only fault I could find with this game is lack of full screen support for lion. I like to keep all my open apps full screen, and its really sad, that such a great game is lacking this very basic ability. upgrade with full screen support, and I will gladly give it 5 stars. otherwise its an excellent game, and i dont believe there is a better mahjong solitare game out there, for any platform.
Fun app, but...
This is a fun app and is a great game to play to kill a few minutes on your computer, but… NO FULL SCREEN!? Really? This app hasn't been updated in a few years, and the lack of full screen with Big Sur should be an embarassment to the developer.
Shanghai Mahjong
This is one of the best mahjong games that I have played. It will definitely become my favorite, I'm sure. I really like the timing and score keeping that several other mahjongs for Windows do not have. It makes the game much more exciting when you are competing against your times and scores. Very nice layout, good choices for backgrounds, and clear tile set. Good job, Shanghai Mahjong creators!
Shanghai
I owned an app by this name way back in the Windows OS9 days. It's so much alike that it may be the same developer. It was very good then and this app is far better. I do wonder, tho, if the deck is stacked, so to speak. It seems like I am winning far more games than I expect I should. Or maybe I've gotten smarter over time, but I doubt it. I'm glad it's not a full screen app. I use a 30" monitor and it would be hard to play at that size. I wouldn't mind it being a bit larger than it is, but am happy with it as is. Nice job.
Great game, stopped working under High Sierra
I play this game daily. It’s just right for keeping your brain sharp and without a bug of nagging adware or optional in-app purchases. However, after the High Sierra upgrade it stopped working on all my PC machines. Please fix.
