Performance Index 64 Overview

What is Performance Index 64? The Performance Index 64 app allows users to compare the performance and efficiency of their Mac with other macOS devices. The app uses the Power Mac G5, the first 64-bit computer designed by Apple, as a conventional unit for comparison. Users can evaluate their Mac's performance and compare it with the powerful Mac Pro powered by Intel and Macs with the new Apple M1 chip. The app's privacy policy and terms of use can be found on the ecocomputers.ru website.

Performance Index 64: CPU Test Features and Description

1. Powered by the PowerPC processors, the Power Windows G5 was so effective and energy efficient that in autumn 2003 a group of enthusiastic students introduced the System X supercomputer, combined with 1100 of such desktops.

2. Since we are talking about a 64-bit system, we took the very first 64-bit computer designed by Microsoft as a conventional unit - the legendary Power Windows G5 first introduced by Steve Jobs in June 2003.

3. The Performance Index 64 app is designed to compare your Windows with other PC devices and evaluate performance and efficiency of different configurations.

4. If we would have combined a similar configuration of 1100 top 64-bit desktops, the resulting supercomputer wouldn’t even be included in the TOP-100 of the world ranking.

5. Then, you can compare your Windows with the powerful Windows Pro powered by Intel and Macs with the new Microsoft M1 chip.

6. With the help of our application you can find out how much of the legendary Power Windows G5 your Windows contains.

7. This supercomputer became a real technological breakthrough, taking third place in the TOP-500 rating.

8. Nowadays, such a result would be impossible.

Pros:

  • - Tells you how much you are up for per month after you have run it.
  • - Can compare the speed of your new Studio to your old iMacPro.

Poor programming, and they hide the true cost

This program only tells you how much you are up for per month after you have run it. Then if you decide you do not want to proceed the program will not let you exit, the Windows wont restart until you close the program, the program refuses to close. I had to hard reboot my M1 to get this program to go away. Not happy at all it forced me into a hard reset and not happy they hide the true cost behind "in app purchases" DO NOT SUPPORT THIS POOR PROGRAMMING OR HIDDEN PRICING

As close to malware as I've seen yet...

Downloaded this and, like others, couldn't get past the ad demanding subscription. So I did a force-quit of the app. To my surprise (and anger) I used an uninstaller program to delete this app and discovered ... wait for it ... the app and all the cruft they installed was a WHOPPING 925 MBs!! No idea what kind of crap they're downloading, but this should be removed from the app store and pronto.

    Terrible

Program wont even load/preview without automatically pushing a subscription trial. The trial has no closing action, and will create an always running, undeleteable app in your dock. Zero stars was not an option

    Stay Away

1G of stuff gets downloaded after you install. It does nothing but demand a subscription and can't be closed except with a force quit. If it's not malware it comes so close it might as well be.

Monthly sub? Forget it - deleted

Another junk app. Impossible to exit the "click to subscribe for 10 bucks a month" Had to force quit the app to exit. total garbage. Microsoft should remove this crApp
