What is Cryptowatch? The app is a lightweight, high-speed application built for traders to create their own custom crypto dashboards. It offers candle charts, technical analysis indicators, tick charts, depth charts, order books, and trade feeds. The app monitors real-time prices from 10,000+ markets and 30+ exchanges. It is fully customizable, allowing users to create and reorganize custom dashboards of diverse modules. The app also offers quick navigation through hotkeys and a command bar. It supports all major crypto markets and is built from the ground up in Rust for a lightweight, high-speed experience. The app offers various modules, including chart, tick chart, time and sales, order book, and summary.

    Good first step!

    I am very happy to see that cryptowatch has started working on a desktop app. Unfortuantely, this app does not yet provide the necessary functionaility. I need chart studies, indicators, and the ability to run multiple windows. I will raise my rating to 5 stars once these features are added. I hope that cryptowatch will also bring this app to the iPhone. Cryptowatch provides the cleanest most useful trading experience I have ever used accorss all markets and asset classes. I really look forward to using this app in the future, and I wish it were possible to use cryptowatch for trading non-crypto assets.

    Web App Superior

    This desktop client is more cumbersome to use than the native web application in a browser. Once there is feature/design parity with the web application I would hope that the desktop app becomes easier to use than the web app. This is not there yet.

    This is fantastic

    One thing I'd like to see is a way to open multiple windows, so I can have multiple full screen windows or on multiple moniotors. Also, a way to scale the UI down (i.e. 90%, 80%, etc) would be nice too.

    Why doesn't this use my Kraken login??

    This requires me to sign up for another account even though I have a Kraken ID and login, It doesn't work! I don't want to make a new account for an app that isn't cross platform.

    "Build real-time market dashboards that won't slow down your computer."

    After reading "that won't slow down your compiuter", I chuckled to myself and went ahead and installed the application. I was expecting to find their web app basically running in, best case, a WKWebView, but more likely some Electron junk with Chromium built in like you get with Slack. I am.. very impressed! They aren't even using Qt. Mind you, they are still rolling their own UI, and it can use some work, but they are rolling things using the same primitives a game engine developer might. This is a real native app.
