    I love this timer

    This is just what I have been looking for. I started the new year like everyone else trying to get back into shape. I love my Microsoft watch but constantly checking my watch to see when 45 seconds has passed was distracting from my workout. With this app you simply set the timer for the intervals to move, rest, and program how many sets you want to do and BAM... not worried about time, just free to perform.

    Gives you time to move from one stretch/exercise to another

    My favorite thing about this app is that I can use the rest period to move onto the next exercise. Some of the floor stretching I do takes a few seconds to move onto the next position, and this app is perfect for that!

    Could use more sound settings; Buzz when counting instead of voice; Enter the amount of exercises instead of bar, or go higher)
