Cursor Pro Overview
What is Cursor Pro? Cursor Pro is a customizable app designed for presenters, meeting hosts, tutorial creators, remote teachers, and students who want to easily locate their mouse pointer on a large screen. The app offers a variety of customization options, including cursor shape, size, color, and animation, as well as a magnifier feature to zoom in on specific areas of the screen. Cursor Pro also includes behavior options such as auto-hide and a "beg for attention" feature, and can be displayed in the Dock or the StatusBar. The app is optimized for Mac with M1 and updated for macOS 12 Monterey. Cursor Pro does not collect any data and all actions and clicks stay offline on the user's computer.
1. Are you a presenter, meeting host, tutorial creator, remote teacher or student? Do you want to be able to more easily see your mouse pointer on that giant Windows screen? Need a handy magnifier to zoom in? Cursor Pro makes finding your pointer and pixels easier than ever and makes sure everyone else following along can see it, too.
2. It’s fully customizable: Choose how you want your pointer to be highlighted with options including a circle, an eye-pleasing squircle, and a diamond-shaped rhombus.
3. With Cursor Pro you can make your pointer pulse and beg for attention when you can’t find it and have it act as a magnifier all from one carefully designed, fun-to-use app.
4. • Customizable Cursor Highlight: Choose your preferred Shape, Size, Weight, Border Style, Glow, Animations and Colors.
5. • Present on a big screen and want to make sure everyone can see exactly what you’re doing without issue.
6. • Work remotely and need to be able to share your screen with a colleague without them asking what you’re doing all the time.
7. Cursor Pro will make sure you always know where your pointer is.
8. • Magnifier: Set up a magnifying key, choose a zoom factor, define magnifier qualify and size.
9. Cursor Pro doesn’t collect any data and all of your actions and clicks stay offline, on your computer.
10. Enable the magnifier and make sure everyone can see on-screen text and interface elements.
11. People will see your pointer and the clicks you perform more easily.

The only thing that annoys me
It is the best. I use it now all the time to show clients how to do certain things. Well built. My only issue and It seems to be an Microsoft issue. For weeks I could not click the accept button that shows up when you try to download something. I contacted Microsoft today, and they advised me when I download something to turn off the cursor for this app, once it is off, I can use my regular mouse to accept. It is because Microsoft looks at the cursor as a third party and not apart of the original system. It won't allow you to download anything while the cursor is on. That is the only annoying thing, having to turn it on and off. Other than that, I love it.
Most polished and professional UI for this sort of App
Cursor Pro appears to be the most polished and provessional user interface and user experience of any of the cursor trail / highlighting apps on the App Store. The appearance options are limited, but beats competing app's effects such as bubbles and sparkles. I do wish it could have a trailing effect similar to Evernote's "Present" Note feature. I also desperately need this app to support keyboard shortcuts to activate and deactivate the Cursor Highlight.
I wish I could change the size
For what I need it's great, better than what I had, nothing. That being said, it's SUPER easy to use, and YES you can magnify what you're clicking which is helpful for tiny things so when you're screen recording, you can magnify it when items are close together.
Poor magnification function and overpriced
This developer writes what I can't expect in a reply. I was aggravated because I needed to purchase it to find that out. It is very misleading the way you talk of magnification. Everything I zoomed in on gets bitmapping. What good is it to have a zoom that just makes what you zoom in on look awful... This isn't a feature, it is just annoying. Useless garbage.... Please point out an app where it is useful. It distorts everything that it magnifies. Firefox, Word, App Store, Illustrator, photoshop... it zooms your screen resolution... therefore it useless.
Amost Awesome
I use the logitech presentation pointer when I am speaking and it is awesome to be able to highlight and zoom in on what I want people to focus on. I was hoping this would be my goto for this functionality with all the remote presentations now. I like the way it works, but you can't turn off the mouse pointer. You can toggle the zoom by mapping a key, but you can't do the same thing with the pointer ring. I don't want the ring on all the time. I want to love this but I am still using my logitech even on remote presentations to be able to toggle the pointer and toggle the zoom. Please add this functionality and I will use this thing all day long!
