What is The Explorers? The Explorers is an app that allows users to explore and share Earth's wonders through photos and videos. It is a community of photographers, videographers, scientists, artists, and citizens of the world who share their content free of advertising. Users can discover location-based content on a world map, follow other explorers, and chat with friends or favorite explorers through private messaging. The app also allows users to contribute by posting their own photos and videos. The Explorers Foundation, a part of the project, aims to contribute to the preservation of natural, cultural, and human heritage by supporting local actors and their projects. The app offers premium content in up to 8K HDR. The team behind The Explorers is a group of explorers, media professionals, scientists, and artists who share a common goal of creating the first planet inventory to showcase the wealth of Earth.
