1. Ad And Stuff Blocker now supports a user created whitelist and heavy duty ad blocking support for popular porn sites.

2. Unlike other other ad blockers that are not extensions, Browsing with Ad And Stuff Blocker is at least as fast as browsing without it - even faster if the page normally has lots of ads.

3. You can add URLs to the whitelist or close out that window and should never have to rerun the app unless you uninstall and reinstall Safari or OS X or you upgrade the app.

4. After it starts, a plain white window will come up and tell you that you are ready to start browsing.

    You NEED this ad blocker.

    Thanks to Microsoft and their Safari 12 update my ad blocker is gone. There are a couple of websites I use quite frequently for research and I was getting totally hammered with popups and self-starting videos that just seem to come out of nowhere. It got to the point where I thought if I wasn’t able to correct this I could end up going postal on my Windows. Did a search and found this one. I have to admit I was skeptical being that the app was free but I was also desperate so I downloaded it. the install was a snap. Then I went to the king of Popups website I always use and just like magic all the popups and self-starting videos were gone. If you need a popup blocker do yourself a favor and give this one a try.

    Was doubtful but it works!

    With the Safari 12 update, like it did for everyone, it killed AdBlocker so I thought I’d give this a try. It’s free which was fantastic and I’m hesitant to pay for something if I’m not 100% that it will work. I was doubtful of this one working based on some of the crummy reviews but it pretty much installed itself and I’ve had zero problems since, works like a charm. I went to my own blog site that has a few ads — all blocked (which is good and bad, right?). I then went to a site that is riddled with ads and pop ups and more ads and self-starting videos — zero ridiculousness. Bingo, this extension works fantastically! Ignore the bad reviews, this does what it says it will do. Thank you so much!

    Get it - Succeeds where so many have fallen short

    This does exactly and only what an ad blocker should do. It blocks ads - anywhere, everywhere - quietly and efficiently. It doesn’t trigger those “You’ve got an Ad Blocker!” warnings on sites, either. If you agree that sites have gone too far with advertising and you’ve had enough, get this! I will never go back. It works without compromise. Some other blockers say “some ads are OK,” AASB treats them all the same. The developer has been super-responsive when something new comes up.

    Works fine. Very simple.

    Had been disappointed to lose my ad block with the Safari update to 12. Lived with it for awhile. Okay, time to do something. This app works fine. Just follow the instructions provided (after clicking the install button it is not yet running, click Safari->Preferences and select Extensions tab. Make sure Ad and Stuff Blocker is present and checked. Waited 30 seconds, refreshed the page an the ads were gone. Nice. Thanks.
