UsenetServer VPN Overview
What is UsenetServer VPN? The UsenetServer VPN is a tool that protects your data from hacking and unsafe websites by masking your actual IP address. It encrypts all of your online activity, allowing you to surf online with total peace of mind about your privacy and security. The VPN creates an encrypted connection between your devices and one of their private servers located around the world, providing a layer of encryption and anonymity. The app offers unlimited bandwidth, 24/7 customer support, and a strict policy against activity and connection logs. It also provides access to more than 300 VPN servers worldwide, network presence in 20 countries with over 5,000+ shared IP addresses, and military-grade encryption (AES 128-bit, AES 256-bit).
1. Our VPN works as a tool that protects your data from hacking and unsafe websites by masking your actual IP address -- it’s that easy! By encrypting all of your online activity, the UsenetServer VPN app lets you continue surfing online with total peace of mind about your privacy and security.
2. Once you switch on our VPN and choose the location you want your new IP address to come from, you’ll be able to prevent online identity theft, connect to public Wi-Fi without being hacked, and stop your ISP from slowing your download speeds, among many other snooping and cybercrime prevention benefits.
3. You’ll also be able to access the websites you're searching for without pesky, targeted advertisements that obtain your data to create manipulated content.
4. The UsenetServer VPN makes it easy and accessible to stay private while browsing online using your Windows.
5. As your traffic passes through our VPN, it’s scrambled in order to prevent third parties from storing and observing your data.
6. Our virtual private network (VPN) creates an encrypted connection between your devices and one of our private servers located around the world.
7. Aside from privacy, you’ll also maintain anonymity as we replace your IP address with one of our own shared IP addresses.
8. Think of it as a tunnel that lets you bypass third-party snooping and cybercrime.

Works for me in PC, not so much in iOS
V1.0 of the app from 2016 connects OK on PC High Sierra though selecting a server is a bit of a mystery: to change a visible location you have to click on a row with a only a flag, no city name, and see what happens. Once connected the VPN connection works, though nothing in the black left-side panel (globe, location pin, key) responds to clicks. The app doesn’t work at all on my iPad running iOS 12.0.1. It installs and opens presenting a login screen with “Select a City” button, but clicking it gives only a black screen with horizontal lines. Nothing happens when clicking anywhere. No version information available on the app.
This is a tool for UNS customers
It’s not misleading, and there are no in-app purchases. this is a tool that makes it easier to connect your Windows with the UNS VPN service (or really, mostly to switch servers). It will not help you if you do not do that and are not a UNS customer. On a larger point, you probably won’t find a free VPN, and even if you did, you would not want to use them since they would be very likely to be paying for their costs by selling your data.
buggy terrible app, service is great though...
i am having the same issues in PC High Sierra that other reviewers mentioned which shows the server list in black, and after hitting connect, the window containing the connection details is also black. The app is buggy and doesnt receive much support. pretty unhappy with it. poorly represents what is otherwise an awesome VPN service. you wouldnt know it by using this app….
The interface doesn't work correctly in Mojave
The service connects, but the app interface has large areas of text blacked out, making it difficult to select location and other settings.
