    This app is an amazing advertising platform

    Could not connect via USB. (accessory not supported or something) Went to the app store on my phone and found what I thought might be an app that went with HandShaker. I guess it was, because I managed to connect via wifi only to have Handshaker tell me not to transfer big files over wifi. I wanted to use USB in the first place, but it won’t connect. Then the phone app locked up my phone trying to load an advertisement. No clicks would do anything, not even the power button. Finally managed to re-start my phone and tried the phone app again. This time it loaded a video ad which it played at full volume while I’m at work. My boss it trying to run a meeting with a full-volume Groupon ad playing from the back of the room. Again, my phone is totally locked up with this app and the ad is still playing. Someone finally handed me some headphones to plug in to the phone to silence the video advertisement. Summary: The desktop application didn’t work without the phone application. The phone application worked amazing as an advertising platform and nothing more.

    Can’t access SD Card

    All i want to do is move files from the phone to the SD card, and move some photos from the card to my computer. The app has permissions enabled for SD Card access, but I keep getting a message on the computer telling me to launch the app and follow the instructions to enable SD Card access. But I don’t even have access to a menu. I get a screen telling me I’m connected with USB cable. And that’s it. I can’t email anyone for help. So what do I do?

    Terrible!

    I give it 2 stars only because it's better than nothing. (You do, sometimes, need to move stuff from the phone to the computer.) But this program is buggy, hard to use, and has no support. Today when I wanted to move pictures from the phone to my Windows, Handshaker recommended a "USB Connection." Yes, I was already plugged in. But the only option was to "Continue to use WIFI connection." I've spent 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get it to use the USB, but there seems to be no option in Preferences or in the app, and no help on the web. Not very well thought out or implemented.

    Finally one application that works

    The only reason I removed one star is that the ad that appears at launch of the app in the phone is super loud, but that is the only problem. After 3 hours of installing non Microsoft applications and not being able to connect my samsung phone with my Windows, I was able to do it :). And the best is that it keeps the pictures dates :).
