Bank sync
This app definitely needs to add bank syncingRight now I feel like I have to do too much to keep up with my finances but there are many other apps out there that just pay synchronizing with the bank account can automatically categorize all my expenses based on the vendor so I can know and how much money I spent on groceries or car note our home expenses etc... I still have to get credit to this app because I love their interface it’s so smooth and easy for the eyes to understand what I had in front of me but I would much appreciate it if I can have my bank account sync with this account and have more automated system so I can easily set goals in budgets and the app will show me automatically based on my expenses from my bank account how much money I spent from my budget or how much money I have saved towards my goal I hope I can get a response from the developer for any further questions I’ll be happy to help. Good, but could be better
Got the app and paid for premium because it added some awesome features. However, upon starting to use the app, I found that you can’t split transactions into different categories. That’s a huge dealbreaker for me as most of the purchases I make are typically comprised of items from multiple different categories. I could go and make individual transactions for each portion of the full purchase, but I must be honest and say that’s a lot of extra work to create all of those transactions and it would just be faster for me to write it down at that point. It’d also be amazing to have the ability to link bank accounts. That’s always incredibly convenient. Overall great app, but missing some key features that I need in a budget/financial app. **Also FYI the widget didn’t work which I was really sad about because that was what made me download the app. You guys have the most useful widgets in an finance app that I’ve seen.
Getting better
Updated Review I downloaded your update and can now open the app! Thanks for fixing this. However, I am still having issues, some very minor and one I consider major. Minor #1: your welcome screen announcing the new release when I start the app for the first time. I click the hyperlink to view the compete list of changes and NOTHING happens. Minor #2: I accidentally tapped the Restore Purchases button. Instead of checking for prior purchases and telling me there are none, the app hangs until I restart it. It does try to check for prior purchases but never gives control back to me. Major: I didn’t have a lot of data before downloading this update. As I said in my prior review, I had only just started using your app. BUT, once the new version was downloaded, it appears I have lost any data I had previously entered. It looks like a fresh install. If I was a longtime customer with lots of data, I would be furious right now; as it is I am more than a little concerned. Please look into what caused my data loss. Original Review I downloaded this recently and was very interested. I spent the last couple of days getting my information set up and starting to track my expenses. Today I downloaded your new update. Now the program crashes on startup. I can’t do anything. Please fix ASAP.
Wonderful Budgeting App
This app is probably one of the best budgeting apps I’ve used so far. I’ve tried countless apps (MoneyPro, Pennies, Nudget, you name it) and this one has exceeded beyond my expectations (especially considering the amount of reviews this new app currently has as I write this). It’s clean and smooth, easy to operate, and has so many options and settings to choose from to make the experience of tracking my expenses not only helpful, but kind of fun as well. And the more I use the app, the more features I continue to find. One of the great things about this app is that they have a one-time payment option to purchase the app. It’s a hefty price, but it beats paying a subscription as most apps are these days. But, beyond that, this app has been fantastic when tracking my expenses. One main feature I hope to see one day is Budget Rollover, so that whatever I end up not spending for a budget rolls over to the next week/month/year/etc., or if I spend too much then the exceeded amount rolls over to the next month. This way I can see how much I can truly spend for a budget in the subsequent months.
