    A must for any auto recon business

    Perhaps the best software for any auto recon business. It’s not perfect, but they are constantly making improvements and implementing new and innovative parts of the app. I make more money using this app with the pricing features and never have to worry about losing estimates or invoices because everything is online. I can email everything or print if necessary which is great whether you are mobile or at a shop. And these are some very professional looking estimates and invoices. I must say that the customer service is excellent. With any issue, I always receive a reply within an hour. The reps are always friendly and knowledgeable.

    Stop with the pointless updates

    This app is very on and off, every update seems to be more glitchy than the last, they fix it, release a new update and it’s back to being glitchy. Also they need to focus on more important things like saving an estimate if you forget to add a client I can’t tell you how many times I’ve made an entire estimate, forgot to add the client and see all of my work is lost, it is very frustrating. The interface was fine and now they just changed it again. Why does it take forever for the loading circle complete it’s task after scanning a vin? Why does the app crash constantly? There needs to be major fixes it is very frustrating as a business owner running an entire operation or running a hail deal to have to deal with these inconveniences.

    Best mobile recon software

    I’ve been in the alloy wheel repair business for over 10 years and worked for a franchise who used both reconpro and wizardpro. I recently started my own alloy wheel repair company and was referred by a friend to try mobile tech RX. I’m so glad I did! It is much more user friendly and has a lot more options and I think looks more professional. My customers and I both love the feature of being able to attach before/after photos. Customer service has been top notch also! Highly recommend!
