Should tell us more...
The app looks good. It functions well with its limited ability. However, it should say what it is selling you with the “pro” version. It’s reasonable for people to imagine or assume that it would include the ability to post pictures from your laptop, however, it does not. 5 dollars to merely be able to go to a browser size view seems steep to me. I feel that the purchase is a little misleading. What is pro about it at all when the only discernible difference is the large browser view? I’d like the ability to both post pictures and access multiple instagram accounts with one click. Whether or not that is possible with instagram’s API is not my concern. My concern is that they don’t openly tell you what you can and cannot do with this app. Great…I can look at one of my instagram accounts with your app. I paid $5 dollars for something I could do in Safari with the same functionality for free. Jokes on me. Buyer beware.
This “developer” should be banned!
Talk about plagiarism! All he has done is rewire someone else’s proprietary websites and he’s calling these apps his own. He either doesn’t know enough or he is too lazy to even publish his index page for his so called help site or he really doesn’t know how to help anyone. Once you pay for the in-app purchase, you never see that information again. No hotkey description to open the app. Where are the other apps we are supposed to get to make us feel professional? Are you going to just give us more of other peoples’ work…. like You Tube and the other 2 you ripped off? After you see the names before you make the purchase, you can never see them again. It’s a sham… this man must think he is the Wizard and the web is Oz. Grow up. Most of us make money the real way and we actually respond to our clients night and day.
Pleased.
- Instagram as you would have it on your browser, but instead of having to go through the trouble of opening Safari/what have you, this app is direct to the point - Instagram only lets you upload stuff from your mobile device, and they haven’t allowed anyone/any app the convenience of being able to upload from your desktop/laptop - App for Instagram does the job, I can now manage my accounts - comments, browsing, and liking photos, that is - through my laptop :) - this app makes it easier for me to respond to comments/inquiries on this online shop I manage instead of having to type on a smartphone with just two opposable thumbs x
Simple, basic, and free!
What’s everyone complaining about?!!! It’s a free app that gives you simple and basic features of checking out your feed and your prifile. It does that nicely. You don’t want to pay the $1.99 and Go Pro until they add the search and post functionality, then don’t! Use the free version until then. But don’t go complaining and rating it at one star because it’s unfair to whomever developed this! The sense of entitlement some people have is bewildering!!
Unfair Reviews
INSTAGRAM ONLY ALLOWS UPLOADS FROM MOBILE DEVICES. It has always been this way. The reviewers complaining that they can’t upload a picture from this app have no idea what they’re talking about. Even their own website won’t let you upload a picture. Pretty much every negative review written so far can be disregarded. What this app is: a menu bar accessible window into your instagram feed, where you can comment, like, etc… just about everything but upload a photo. It works as exactly what it is.
