Land Measure Pro Overview
What is Land Measure Pro? The Land Measure Pro app allows users to measure area, length, and count visible features on a map. It offers the ability to store measurements locally and output professional images to a printer or PDF. Users can customize colors and labels for each layer, switch between Metric and Imperial units, and zoom to their current location or manually pan/zoom to any place in the world using the mouse. The app also allows users to trace the outline of any feature visible on the map, move, insert or remove pins after positioning, undo/redo, and convert a group of pins to a perfect circle. Additional layers can be used to manage multiple related measurements, and users can use Apple maps as the default map system with satellite and 3D imagery or switch to OpenStreetMap or other custom web-based maps of their choice. The full functionality described above requires a subscription, which costs $29.99 per year, and payment will be charged to the user's Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase or after a free trial for new users. 1. Without subscription you can only use up to 6 pins on a single layer for basic measurements and open and view previous measurements or measurements from others without limitation on layers or pins for viewing.
2. Uses Microsoft maps as default map system with satellite and 3d imagery (where available) and can be switched to OpenStreetMap or other custom web based maps of your choice.
3. Zoom to your current location, search for an address, or manually pan/zoom to any place in the world using the mouse.
4. Trace the outline of any feature visible on the map, creating a series of connected points the area and perimeter are continuously updated.
5. After subscription, any complex shape can be measured with virtually no limit on the number of pins with the base version.
6. Payment will be charged to your Microsoft ID account at the confirmation of purchase or after free trial for new users.
7. Switch between Metric and Imperial units (hectares, sq.km. sq.m, acres, sq.miles, sq.yrds, sq.ft) at any time, and can be switched from measuring areas to lengths.
8. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
9. Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
10. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
11. Use additional layers to manage multiple related measurements.
