What is PicGIF? PicGIF is an app that allows users to quickly create animated GIFs from photos or short videos. It supports a vast number of file formats, including hundreds of image formats and almost all common video formats. Users can customize the GIF size, sequence, frame delay, and add text and stickers. The app also allows users to re-edit existing GIFs, create GIF photo slideshows, and transfer short videos to smooth and animating GIFs. PicGIF offers editing features such as agile text editor, trimming favorite clips of a video/movie, applying popular image effects and adjustments, and adding stickers to refine the GIF. Users can easily set FPS or Frame Delay to control the GIF animation speed, set GIF size, fill mode, and playing sequence, and change the frame order by dragging. The app allows users to export the GIF to Finder, send via E-Mail, iMessage, or share on Tumblr.
