  No Help!

  I was loving this game. I made a few in app purchases. After a while, I tried to make an in app purchase, only to be told, out of no where, that the purchase could not be made and to contact Microsoft Support. So I did, and I verified my payment information, they said there were no issues with my payment. Still could not make in app purchases. Contacted game developer help service. Explained the situation, and got an email with basic trouble shooting tasks. Completed tasks and problem still active. Informed developer and waited. Everytime i sent an email, i received same generic email stating to complete generic troubleshooting tasks and “let them know if problem continues”. Then, after last email, recieved no reply. finally received a reply stating they were closing the conversation because they had not heard from me in two days. And now if I try to make a purchase, the screen just freezes, forcing me to restart my computer. Also, during game play, items on my screen just disappear and force me to restart the computer due to not having a quit game button. Customer service is non existant.

  Awesome but Expensive

  I love this game. Truly. I have no issues with the real-time cooking. I love how it’s not super easy and therefore not boring. I do have a problem with how it’s very difficult to play unless you pay for in app purchases. I get the company needs to make money, but it’s VERY difficult to play without. Just a tweak to how much appliances cost, or even better, a tweak to how much the food you buy at the grocery store costs would be amazing. Not a huge change but enough where a player doesn’t have to wait a week to grow, cook, and water. Each dish made gives you 1 or 2 finished products. That’s it. If a tree needs to be watered, it takes THIRTY-TWO goodies to do so, and you never need just one tree watered. Because it’s so addicting, which is done on purpose, I’m aware, I’ve spent several HUNDRED dollars on in-app purchases. I can’t do that anymore. I’m looking for something else to play. But if you have a lot of patience or money, then this is definitely an excellent game!

  Its Fun

  I think that this game is fun when you have nothing else to do during the day, it could keep you entertained for hours. I thought the game was really fun at the beginning when things didn’t take hours to cook. It was easier to get coins to buy things. But as you get to the higher levels it takes longer to cook things and get orders done, I think also that’s when the game starts to get a bit boring. I think that my biggest complaint with any of these games is the in game purchases you have to make if you want cash, coins, diamonds (whatever the extra’s are in whatever particular game your playing). I don’t want to spend my hard earned money on things that are just going to be used quickly in a game. I will say this though I think my favorite extra in this game is the Unlimited Goodies that you sometimes get when you’ve logged in so many day’s in a row. You get Unlimited Goodies for like an hour, which really helps out when I need to get the ingredients from the supermarket and that way I don’t have to spend my stuff. I just wished that, that unlimited goodies lasted longer than an hour. They do have specials though sometimes where you can make an in app purchase for Unlimited Goodies for 11 hours, I love that one. But other than that its a fun game!!!!

  I just started playing this game but so far it’s been fun, exciting, and easy to understand. I especially enjoy that customers don’t leave until served and food won’t spoil so if you have a busy schedule you don’t have to worry about constantly checking up on it.
