What is File Transfer? File Transfer is a cross-platform app that allows users to exchange files and folders between multiple devices seamlessly. It is quick and easy to use, with no configuration required and devices are automatically discovered. The app transfers files directly on the local network, without the need to upload files to the internet. Users can send and receive files and folders, as well as the contents of their clipboard, from any other application. File Transfer is compatible with Local Cloud Pro, File Storage, and File Storage Companion, and supports Mavericks' Notification Center. 1. Select a file in the Finder, a text in TextEdit, or an address in Safari and click on the "Application Name > Services > Send with File Transfer" menu.
2. File Transfer is compatible with Local Cloud Pro, the local Dropbox for your photos and documents, File Storage, the best file manager for iOS, and File Storage Companion (free for Windows and Windows).
3. Select a text, launch File Transfer, and click on the "Edit > Send Clipboard" menu.
