What is URL Manager Pro? URL Manager Pro is a bookmark manager app that allows users to bookmark web pages while surfing the web using Safari or any other web browser. It also includes a share extension that enables users to bookmark any web URL that any other app might make available after using the share button. The app supports creating, adding, and organizing bookmarks into folders, adding notes to bookmarks, colorizing bookmarks and folders, opening bookmarks in various web browsers, emailing and printing bookmarks, sorting bookmarks, and copying URLs of bookmarks in several formats. It also allows users to create several collections of bookmarks for different purposes, such as research projects or reference documentation URLs. The app is compatible with URL Manager Pro for macOS.

URL Manager Pro Features and Description

1. While surfing the web using Safari or another web browser, you can bookmark the web page using the Share button and then add the bookmark to URL Manager Pro.

2. URL Manager Pro is a bookmark manager for the web and includes a share extension.

3. Any selected text on the web page, will be automatically copied to the note field of the bookmark.

4. You can also bookmark any web URL that any other app might make available after you use the share button.

5. - opening bookmarks in Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Opera etc.

6. If you want to add a note, that is also possible.

    One of my most valued apps

    It's wonderful to have bookmarks available in multiple browsers. Very easy to organize the way one wants. Easy to add a bookmark by dragging or Command-K. Excellent support from the developer. Also available for iOS. The only negative I can say is that I see almost no publicity or advertising for this app. It should be a lot more popular than it is. It's sort of a secret gem.

    Good but dated

    I like this program, had it a long time ago and when I found it again I was quick to purchase. It's still good, but I would like it to sync with pinboard and online services. I would be a great 'front end' for those services and that would make it easier to sync it across computers and devices (phones and iPads). So I'll give it a great at what it does, but needs to do more to actualize it's potential as my primary bookmarking app.

    The Best URL Manager - Exceptional support!

    I'm a URL Manager Pro user since 2002 or before. I love it and depend on this application. The developer has provides great and fast support. A favorite feature is "Open in Tabs" so I can have a folder of sites I visit daily and have them quickly open in Safari.

    Not useful without $30 purchase

    Most of the key features aren't enabled in the app store version -- it would be nice if the description mentioned that you needed to buy a $30 in-app upgrade to get them.
