  Broken Software; Lacking adequate Support

  Do not waste your money on this application. Choose another. I purchased it to convert AVI files to MP4 files. The video files would convert but would discard all audio. After multiple attempts of changing software configurations and with multiple files, I contacted the Movavi technical support. After a few days they contacted me back and asked me to change a setting to MP3 within the software. (I had already tried this to no avail.) Even after explicitly following their simple instructions, the results were still the same. No audio. When I replied with what had happened and that I was still having problems, the Movavi company did not respond. After another lengthy request on my part, their best solution was to have me uninstall and reinstall the software. I did that and still nothing works. (By the way, other video conversion software does the conversion without a problem.) Now they want me to send them one of my videos… so, I guess they don’t believe me. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND OF TIME!

  Easy, fast and ultimately versatile!

  I purchased Movavi Video Converter to take care of file conversion from m4v’s from my iPhone to mov files so I could send them from California to my friend in the U.K. I based my purchase on customer reviews. It converts ANY type of file to ANY type of file. The instructions are super easy to follow: just click what type of file you ultimately want and click “convert”. I was shocked at how fast it works! Our project is a music video/documentary that’s going to be a movie of sorts. I’m also able to convert files from my HD digital camcorder to whatever type I want.   Simple to use

  I read a lot of reviews and, in my opinion, you can ignore the negative review. I began a podcast and video show and this product not only allows me to edit my video and audio, it also allows me to save an audio only file so that I can upload for my podcast. I always edit my video with audio first and save it to one location and then go back and save audio to a different location. This is such a time saver, I was using iMovie for video and GarageBand for the audio before this app and it took forever.

  EXCELLENT

  Very easy to use...supports most any format! Highly recommend! Also love the fact it can splice 2 (or more) videos together seamlessly (I've spliced as many as 5 together and when viewing the finished video, it's seamless...you can't even tell where it was spliced! Great product & very easy to use! To those who rated it a "1," I can only say they must be totally computer illiterate! It's self-explanatory, I haven't even ready any instructions, it's that simple!

  Works great

  Thank goodness this program exists because I could not find a good Video Converter to do what I need it to do for my App Previews. This Movavi Video Converter worked well for me. Its a fairly easy program to learn. Didn't seem to take too much time to learn it, and there are tutorials online. The cropping seemed a little strange at first, but maybe Im just not used to doing it this way with a professional program. Overall good product.
