    (edit: just downgraded to 1-star) Buggy and awkward

    2/11/22 edit: Just downgraded to 1-star because I found out I can't print without upgrading. I don't mind witholding advance features for upgrade, but don't caall this free and then withold the most basic feature. It makes it not worth the hassle. Again, I realu wanted to like this. -- I wanted to like this but it's got problems. First, just annoying but splash screen only lets you create new or choose theme despite saying "recent". Instead to open recent, must close splash screen and open from menu. Next, have dark theme on Windows. It changes to dark theme in x-writer, but then blacks everything out inside text area, but not outside it making it pointless, plus can't read text even after changing font to white. Must go into Windows settings to turn off dark theme. There are memory issues. Typing is somewhat delayed the more data is in memory. slight annoyance. Since update, can't open docs recently created. I just don't find it very polished, more like beta release if im being honest.
