What is Pro Mouse? Pro Mouse is an app that allows users to enhance their presentations, demos, tutorials, and work by customizing their mouse halo's color, size, and thickness, drawing anywhere on their screen, zooming into the smallest details, and highlighting specific areas with the searchlight feature. The app also offers customizable pen colors and thickness, key combo sets, and the ability to automatically hide the halo and clear drawings. Pro Mouse works across full-screen apps, multiple displays, and with conference call and screen capture software. The app has a one-sentence privacy policy and does not collect or store user data.

    Can't find settings adjustments

    Just downloaded this app today, it works and looks great. The initial start up instructions are easy. Where I am finding it very challenging is my ability to open Pro Mouse settings (can't find them anywhere) and change things like the thickness and color of the halo, and any other changes that are able to be performed. I can find the applicaiton in Finder, but their is no admin backend being provided for me to customize anything. I just have the basics that are shown in the marketing video. For a $3.99 purchase, this app seems very light in customization. My 3 will probably go to a 5 whenever I can find this.

    When it works it's great...

    I have to restart this app every 20 minutes or so because the keyboard shortcuts stop working. When it is working it's good and just what I want, but for some reason the shortcuts stop responding after a set period of time which—for my uses—makes it unusable. IMO the developers need to update the way shortcuts are assigned and listened to. Have no other issues with other apps that have global shortcuts. Would also like to see the ability to tap " " AND "-" keys when using the zoom feature to zoom in/out more to a point where I can get pixel perfect zoom of an area. Will update/increase rating in the future if these are addressed timely by the developer.

    Great tool to use for presentations!

    Found this gem, tried it out, and can't stop using it, especially with the countless zoom/ringcentral meetings that are happening right now due to working from home. It's easy to use and features are customizable to your liking. Great for when you're sharing your screen during an online meeting and you want to direct someone's attention to a specific area/button/text on the screen. Highly recommend!
