    Stopped working on my Windows

    I am unable to connect to my Windows anymore, it was working just fine a few weeds ago.

    HORRIBLE FOR Windows

    I had the neje 3500 for two years and worked AMAZING on my windows computer! well i switched to a Windows because my computer went and ever since i can not get the neje to work what so ever! it connects at first and starts the laser THEN disconnects from the laser and wont reconnect! Oh and FORGET all the troubleshooting recommendations because NONE of them work NONE!!! i recently bought another Neje the Neje master 2/2s plus actually thinking it was my PC and guess what?? The SAME EXACT OUTCOME $900 down the drain between the TWO machines that ARE SUPPOSED to work with a Windows!! biggest advice DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

    Desktop app works great

    It took a little work, but it works fine for me. I drag images from the internet or photos and size and print. I found that the desktop app is easier and faster that the iphone/ipad. I also have the comgrow laser which also works well. The fine detail has great resolution. The only issue is the type in text does not work. So I assemble the work in PowerPoint and group the image and text and than drag into the app. Great manhine for small projects. I have been using this laser for 2 years.

    Started out great

    The app works fine for me, except it forces me to use an effect on my imported image, which distorts the image. For example, I had a fine line design I created to burn into paper, and it would not let me skip using the effects. If I clicked the "x" to close the effects window, it doesn't load my image into the final print window. None of the effects are good for the images I wish to use. However, the laser itself is pretty awesome. I would rate higher if this problem was fixed.

    Straight up doesn't work

    Not much to say. The app just doesn't work. The first thing you need to do before using the app is to connect to the laser engraver and it cannot do that. Since you cannot do that you cannot use the app nor can you use the PC. so far this was a huge waste of money and time. This needs to be fixed
