What is PVChess? PVChess is a chess app for iPhone and iPad that offers a chess tutor and six sparring partners based on the Stockfish Artificial Intelligence Engine. The tutor is a world-champion level mentor that beginners can follow to learn how to play like an expert. Intermediate players can switch off the hint and compare their moves with the tutor's. The app also allows users to save and review their games and read classical chess tutor books with an animated chess board. Users can practice with the AI tutor on ending-game, middle-game, and opening-game. The app also allows users to take a picture to set up their king face.
