GPS Dashboard Overview

What is GPS Dashboard? GPS Dashboard is a Mac application that displays navigation information from a serially connected GPS device. It supports the US GPS, Russian GLONASS, and EU Galileo systems. The app displays gauges for track direction and speed, and digital readouts for latitude, longitude, altitude, max and average speeds, and time. It also shows which satellites are being tracked and if the GPS has a 3D fix. The app has a sky-view that plots position history of tracked satellites and provides an azimuth/elevation cursor. It also displays the positions and rise/set times of the sun and the moon, and the moon phase. The app has integrated maps from several online map providers and can save GPS tracks and waypoints to a file. It provides multiple display themes and customizable units. The app also has a built-in SNTP server, a GNSS simulator, and an option to prevent the computer from sleeping.

    Dashboard on Microsoft M1 Chip

Running GPS Dashboard on M1 chip Windows Mini. Runs very smoothly and even faster than it does on Intel silicon. You do not need to do anything on an M1 chip Windows to get it to run. Just download/install, and click the Icon and stand back and be "amazed." M1 chip blows my Intel i7 PC away in speed for this application.
