  Very Swag

  I don’t call mobile games fun, but this is actually fun. The leveling system is fantastic, the character models, the almost synchronized look to how the heroes fight, all of those this make this game splendid. Most of all I love the lack of ads in this game, like you might get an ad once every like hour or something. Oh also the combining of a cleric, paladin, bard, and barbarian is a fantastic quartet. Healing and dealing insane damage at the same time. But that is only like a handful of the cool combinations that you can make. You go for crit build and effectively mop the floor with bosses. You could go for a ranged build to keep your characters safe. I could spend all day explaining this to you but frankly you should see for yourself. You should get this game. It takes maybe 2 minutes to get the hang of. After that smooth sailing. My only regret is that I can not give this more than 5 stars.

  Micro-transaction made the game unplayable

  I almost never leave reviews, but this one really put a damper on my mood. This game isn’t terrible, after playing it for a few hours I noticed it was a slow grind that I had to pay attention to. I saw that they had a bundle for $4 that allowed for your team to repeat the dungeon automatically. I purchased this package, but instead of adding to the quality of life.... it broke the game. Now any time my team dies, if I press “restart” the game goes to a black screen with a banner ad and does not leave the menu. If i let the automatic restart go off.... it does the same thing. I have to quit the app and restart it every time I want to start a new dungeon crawl. So, not only did the bundle not do what it said it was going to..... it made it so I had to purchase new heroes every single time.... before I made the purchase, it let me restart with the same set up. So essentially I paid money to make the game less enjoyable. If I could give this 0 stars I absolutely would, for if I enjoy a game enough to support it I have no problem spending money on it, but if that money is going toward a bundle that is supposed to improve quality of life elements of the game... I expect those paid elements to actually work. Instead I am now stuck with a piece of garbage that does not work at all and $4 less in my bank account. I do not recommend this game to anyone........ the party composition that I had been using was 2 knights and 2 druids.

  Great Game

  I loved this game, enough to keep my phone running all night to grind some more resources. It is simple, fun, and makes you wanting to come back for more. However, the latest update does unfortunately dampen the mood when playing. With everything feeling several times more expensive than they were a minute ago, I have since lost much of my previous interest. I can understand why the developers might choose to make everything feel more expensive, it could be due to the fact that it was almost all too easy to significant progress, and unless you like upgrading stuff for no other reason than to upgrade stuff, you will quickly get to a point where you are no longer progressing much. With that being said, I feel hindered in making the progress I was making in this game and no longer interested in spending any significant amount of time on this game moving forward. I will keep this game around to see if any future upgrades are worth coming back to, but I feel I am now less likely to play this game for longer than a few seconds every couple of weeks.

  Good game

  This game is a pretty good game. It may resemble the Soda Dungeon games but there are things that make them different. I’ll be honest though, I’d like to see some quality of life improvements. One specific request I have is the ability to auto equip armor and weapons onto the heroes we hire. So like if I hire a knight and a wizard and I have two helmets, I’d like for the game to automatically equip the helmets onto said heroes. The pop ads aren’t too bad so that’s good and there are in app purchases but I can tell you that you DO NOT need to spend money to progress. The game is a bit grindy but I like that aspect in games. The whole xp and gold factory is also a nice touch. So to wrap this all up in a brief summary, I’d like to see that aforementioned quality of life improvement but other then that this is a great game! Thank you for your time.

  A good game with a whole lot of potential

  This game has a very interesting concept, and is genuinely quite fun to play. The pixel dungeon crawler style is nothing new, but the rapid action and unique characters makes it fun and interesting. The way you get stronger and progress feels like it’s got a good pace to it, and the fact that you don’t have to pay to unlock the content if you grind enough makes this game very appealing. That said, the lack of change in stages and the general dryness of the lobby area is off putting. If there was a bit more variation and if the lobby was a bit more interesting, I would have given this game 5 stars. Overall, this game is quite well done and I can see it gaining a lot of momentum in the future if the developers put some time into what the player base recommends them to. So, like I said in the title, this is a good game that has a whole lot of potential for the future.
