Wrong direction with latest update
I recently wrote a review about this app that praised it for its free feature set, but requested some additional features for it to be absolutely worth the pro upgrade, but the latest update added little and pushed more back behind the pay-wall. To reiterate, as a developer I appreciate the slightly more flexible color picker, but what I need is a little help on the design side. Saving me a little time with some pre-formatted color snippets is great and all, but this app would go from nice to wonderful by adding some color theory. Color Palettes, tertiary/complimentary/etc., themes, and similar swatches would go a very long way in making this app a must-have. Along those same lines, dark-mode alternative colors would be incredible. As a color picker alternative, it's fantastic. But a pro-worthy upgrade would be more of a color-theme tool and would put this app far above its competition.
Indispensable!
This is the best color picker and color blender in the market! This app is incredibly well crafted and the fact that you can create and save many different collections makes it indispensable for designers, photographers, app developers, you name it. You can also use the palette and blend colors until you find the perfect combination. Never seen anything like this. It's now one of my favorite apps. Just get the full app with in-app purchase, you won't regret it. I had an issue with the store and the developer replied right away and helped solve the issue. Very nice guy. Excellent support.
My Favorite Color Picker and Organizer
I've searched for a particular feature set in a color picker and organizer. Most of them do parts of the job really well. Most fall down in the user experience or organization departments. Color Slup is the one that does all of the parts well and is my favorite right now.
Web Designer/Developer
Having many collections, I can organize the color swatches into separate collection for each client. I keep my client's color palattes in ColorSlurp for quick and easy access. It's perfect. Only one suggestion. I I can't delete a swatch once I have added it to a collection.
