    Pretty Good

    Oddly starts with a blank folder in front of you. Go to the menu bar and pick new. Read the directions and start inputing the information for the cover letter and resume. Different blocks of data can be deleted, added or moved around. If you're like me a needs more than a blank canvas, this is a good program. The final result isn't fancy, just useful. You can take that data and use it somewhere else. Note, you better copy the data to Word as it just saves a pdf. Also, its free but they are hoping you send them money after a successful result. There are a few bugs - you click on a section and the wrong section pops up to work on. It can be trial and error sometimes. It crashes about once an hour. It works though. Thanks!:)

    Beautiful Resumes, but...

    This resume/CV builder has excellent templets, produces wonterful finished products but, if you save a document, it saves a "read-only" .pdf that cannot be reopened and edited in the app. This is a key flaw when you are using resumes for their intended purpose of pointing out your relevent, job specific work experience, and not simply supplying an employer with all work experience. After reviewing other reviews and seeing the developer's responses, I have looked for any documents on my device with a ".resumestar" designation and no such documents exist, which means that I have to copy and past the relevent parts of previous documents or just restart from scratch. This is a very important feature and perhaps they will consider giving the end user the option of selecting whether a document is read only or not or make all documents editable by the end-user.     It worked fine and was easy to use. Easiest resume I ever wrote. No problems at all.

    Just installed and it crashed

    I just downloaded this app, and am starting to rough out the resume. So far it looks pretty user friendly, but unfortunately it crashed as I tried to add another work experience section beyond the 4 in the default Sr Manager template. When it crashed, I lost much of what I had entered. I reopened and will soldier on now, but will save frequently going forward. Bottom line - seems like a good app, but has stability issues...
