ScanSnap Cloud is a service that allows users to scan documents, receipts, business cards, and photos directly to their favorite cloud services without the need for a computer or mobile device. It optimizes and sorts scans into categories and sends them to cloud services such as Box, Concur, Dropbox, Evernote, Expensify, GoogleDrive, Google Photos, Hubdoc, LedgerDocs, OneDrive, QuickBooks Online, Rocket Matter, Shoeboxed, and Talk Acct. The app provides automatic file naming, searchable PDFs, and notifications when scans reach their destination. The service requires a ScanSnap iX500/iX100 scanner and a Wi-Fi environment with an internet connection.
