Inclr: Mindmap Notes Organizer Features and Description

1. * Build a memory mansion or a second brain - each inclr is a part of your life visualized spatially and graphically to create an emotional imprint.

2. Inclr's patented mindmapping app helps you organize your tasks, apps, and life into information clusters, the same way your mind works.

3. With Inclr, your iPhone/iPad will be more powerful and efficient in your daily work and personal life, saving you valuable time and effort instead of jumping between apps.

4. Using Inclr, your brain will be trained to recall data better using our patented visual structure.

5. By using touch to spin the nodes, you also train your muscle memory to increase data retention and improves focus.

6. For example: keep all social media links in one inclr using different nodes.

7. For example, suppose you are a writer who is working on a new novel and you need to create different characters with different characteristics.

8. Inclrs are themed and customised to create emotional impressions for effective memory retrieval.

9. Inclr will help you become more productive, saving you time and effort, and eliminating app switching.

10. You can create an inclr with the name of the novel and add a node for each character.

11. To recall anything from memory, our brain works better with visual information rather than text.

Pros:

  • - Visual aspect - ready access to multiple Inclrs from one screen
  • - Easy to give each Inclr and each node within an Inclr a visual personality
  • - Nodes ‘orbit’ the Inclr - lots of information readily available without feeling cramped or lost from sight
  • - Different types of objects that can fit into any given node
  • - Easy to import/merge/annotate content from various resources/platforms

    Love it!

What I like about Inclr, in no particular order: I love the visual aspect - I have ready access to multiple Inclrs from one screen on my iPad and can drill down from there - a lot of information fits nicely into a relatively small screen without feeling cramped or lost from sight. It is easy to give each Inclr and each node within an Inclr a visual personality. I love how the nodes ‘orbit’ the Inclr - again lots of information readily available without feeling cramped for lost from sight. I love all the different types of objects that can fit into any given node, and how each type of object is designed for a particular use - notes, sketches, photos, website links, etc, etc. - and so works really well for that use. There is no need to try to force all things into the form of a written page. I have used all kinds of things for digital note taking and journaling from OmniOutliner to Microsoft One Note, and all sorts of things in between. Inclr is the most effective tool of them all. You’ve made it easy for me to capture my projects, ideas, reference points, checklists, etc. quickly without the tool getting in the way, and the organization keeps it all readily at hand and easily found. For the first time, I actually prefer my digital journal over my scattered paper journals.

    Hopeful!

I am hopeful that a new update is going to make this promising app a lot more responsive because right now some of the menu links are less than 10% responsive !!?? On an iPhone X the upper right corner menus simply don’t respond more than once in a while, making the user experience really annoying ! Furthermore : the app description talks about a monthly charge and after I gave my personal info there is still no mentioning how much they are going to charge me????? I did activate the month free trial but is that mean I am going to get charged an $X amount automatically ??? Guys in Hong Kong! We don’t do business like this in America! The app is slick and might just be what I am looking for but you need to make it responsive for people with larger fingers and you surely have to declare ahead how much money you are asking for! And while an ongoing charge makes sense to your needs; it is unlikely that an app like this warrant a subscription based model since you are not providing an ongoing content..!! ??? I’d pay for a fixed app because it looks promising but cannot see me paying an ongoing fee regardless how low that might be

    Unique but

Unique and interesting concept and interface with a lot of bells and whistles. Could use some work though. Adding photos as node icons offsets the picture funny. Using a photo for the board icon is funky since it expands it out across the whole screen. And not the most user friendly interface. ALSO, before you buy the paid version note that it’s not $2.49 - it’s $2.49 a month. It should be listed as a subscription in the app’s description here in the App Store which it isn’t. I can see folks not realizing that and paying. All in all a nifty app but I personally am not into it enough to pay every month.

    Privacy

It is really a shame that there does not appear to be any privacy on the app. The app appears to be great, but when you freely admit that you are going to market our information is a detracting factor. Seems that with a paid app you would have more say. Sorry it really looked like a gray program.

    Useful to anyone

This wonderful app can be used to keep any kind of information. What is special is the app makes it easy to see on your screen all of what you entered. Other apps may hide it from view and you have to do a search to find it. It’s simple, you create categories of your info you want to keep. Each is called a inclr (like you’re in control). An icon shows on the screen for every category you create. Then you go to a category icon and and add items to it. Pick from a long list of kinds of data you want to add like a note, picture, file, PDF, Web page, album, Sketch, Podcast, etc. and enter it in. The app automatically adds an item icon next to that category icon on the screen. Go on and on and add more data items and on the screen the app automatically adds icons for each entry you make, around that center icon category name. In one easy look you can see all of what you entered. Category icons with item icons around them. Just tap on any icon next to one of your categories and your entry opens right up … the note (with Rich Text) or picture or Web page (with its links included), a Sketch you made, etc. You can easily see all of your categories icons with your data icons around them visible your screen. And you can drag them around to any order or view you like. Great app and has many other abilities too. Wish I had discovered it sooner.
