  Software Never Worked

  I purchased the software today (October 2nd), and after downloading and installing, discovered the software did not perform any of its functions. After some investigation, discovered that Norton Antivirus detected the program as a virus and deleted it. Contacted support and spoke with two people I had difficulty understanding. I was told the only way they could resolve the issue was to start a remote session to access my computer. I allowed this to take place. Once she had access, she started a program running and put me on hold. When she came back on the line, I asked what she just ran on the computer. She stated it was to determine what programs were installed on the computer. I asked what that had to do with my issue. She indicated it was necessary to do, but her remainder of her answer was, to me, very suspicious. She then opened and closed a few windows and then went to the Microsoft Store where it indicated the software needed to be updated. It would not update and she told me I needed to contact support via email to request a license and the update of the software. She then told me to have a nice day and hung up. I now have useless software and a little less money.

  I DO like this app. Please fix it’s “freezing” issues.

  I DO like the app….. However…… It will freeze on me. I can not close it. I can not close any additional Windows windows while it’s ’stuck' I don’t want to be the picky jerk, yet it truly wastes a persons time. I’ve used this app (and it’s worked fantastic) for years; Then, out of nowhere it’s a pain because the app will ‘freeze’ in the middle of it’s supposed ‘function.’ I’ve had this occur several times: I go down the list, click a function, wait for the function to delete it’s command, then move on tho the next. Lately, @ some point the app will freeze and will not even close upon Force Quit. I’ve had it happen on first function and then on. I have to force quit on the entire PC, and RESTART eveything I was doing. “Pro” should truly mean the app’s availability to run/function should perform like a PRO. That is in it’s honesty. I try not to use a lot of apps because of this very reason. I just want/need simplicity so I can carry on with my day. Besides this, I really enjoy the app. Please help fix this issue; It’s frustrating. Thank you, Amy

  Alerted my Anti virus software

  I purchase this for 4.99 says its 90% off. After reading all the good reviews I decided to purchase this to help me out. As soon as it got done downloading. My Webroot software alerted me that there was a threat to my computer. And the file for this app was the only thing on the list. My anti virus software removed it from my Pc due to the threat this app had on my Pc. So I guess I just wasted 4.99 on something that will not help me at all. Im not sure if it is true and there is not really a threat so I want to be safe then sorry so I just let my anti virus do its job and uninstall it from my Pc. I have never had a problem with my virus software alerting me about anything. Makes me wonder why it is so cheap in the first place 90% off is a lot. Just wanted to give my review on this! Beware if you have webroot anti virus software!

  Very Happy with speed of download & scan of files.

  It was quick and easy to use. My desktop is several years old and I've not been viguilant about keeping up with cleaning out duplicate files & photos. So It was getting slower. I was recommended to this program by another program that was working with just photos. The price was good, so i gave it a try. Hope all the rest of the cleaning is as easy as this program has been.
